I think that some people just have a genuine love for the medium, and that's why they feel they need to write comics.
My advice is to plan ahead. For everything. That can never go wrong.

I have heard that digital webbing is a good web site to hook up writers and artists. Mostly it seems like you almost have to make it in another medium before you can move to comics (Jodi Picoult, Brad Metzler, Christos Gage, Geoff Johns, Gerard Way, etc.). No one wants to put their cash cows in the hands of a rank amateur.

Actually my question is, how do you get onto the Webcomic scene, i tried, but they just say with out artwork sent to them with the writing they arent interested!

Do some serious reviews, like more time on one specific book, like a indie book and mainstream marvel/dc book.

Jim Lee's Darkwing Duck sounds like the most awesome thing EVER!

I understand sacrificing small animals in the name of Dan Didio or homeless prostitutes for Joe Quesada will get you on the fast track to writing for DC or Marvel.

Another great show. You just don't get enough Darkwing Duck references anymore. And this might put me in the minority, but i loved hearing Justin say, "That's a pulp secret!" I don't know why Alex and Pete didn't enjoy it, maybe there's a story there for a later show. But it took me back to when I first discovered Pulp Secret. Keep it up guys!

Ben Bishop's Nathan The Caveman and Popgun Volume 2

Today, we're checking out an indie OGN: Nathan The Caveman by Ben Bishop. Then we look at a comic book "mix tape": Popgun Volume 2. Lots of great short stories. Good stuff!

Then, we dip into our viewer mail and talk about how to break into the comic book industry without having any artistic talent.
