overall great work guys and congrats. street beat pete is a revelation! really! Have some beer and enjoy the night u guys deserve it
Marvel Apes? Jesus I thought that was a joke. I am sooo not interested in it since I saw some articles on it. Looks like too much of bad monkey jokes.
Plus why are they bringing back the gay Speedball? Penance has been a great villian/anti-hero and Robbie has been a better character for it.
Marvel apes... certainly more interesting to me than Marvel Zombies or Secret Invasion (Skrull or Smurf, you be the judge!).
cant wait to see what they are gonna do with speedball. penance kicked dick and i can see them doing something really cool with speedball. cant fookin wait.
John from Word balloon was a great addition. He really knows his stuff.
I know there was a lot going on and you guys did a pretty great overview of everything. Can't wait to see the other stuff!
I thought the Planetcomicon I went to in KC was pretty cool, but something like the NY Con would blow my mind and my wallet.
I'd totally watch the Pete & John show!
ComicCon coverage has been nice. I am ready to see some of the interviews when you get them up. Alex get some rest today and then PLEASE post the last 2 Comic Book Club Podcasts. It has been 2 weeks since you posted one mang!
Sorry! We have 'em, just ran into some tech problems posting... They'll both be up this week.
great job guys! looks like u guys had an awsome time im jealous of everyone who got to go! lol anyways howcome u didnt show the girl justin talked about hahahaha
what kind of Jew is Alex to be working on passover?!
Alex should apologize to the Jewish community at large for claiming his Jeweyness so often but not observing it.
I know its his job, but I don't know if I would consider doing interviews at the comic con "work"
I apologize to the Jewish community as a whole. If it makes you feel better, I ate a lot of pepperoni pizza while I was there...
Pork eater...
mmm....pepperoni
I certainly hope there are interviews with some people who are actually, oh I dont know, semi-important still to come because so far all of the shows this weekend spent 50% of their time talking to other interviewers...and the other 50% talking to people I either dont recognize or dont give a shit about. C'Mon, Tiny Titans and watching 6 year olds play dungeons and dragons? Lou Ferrigno? Seriously, I hope you have more interviews like DiDio and Morrison hiding somewhere.
Uh we talked to a ton of comic creators how about ethan van sciver, grant morrison, greg pak, rick remender, walt simonson, and a whole slew of others?
not to mention all the folk alex & H=Justin had in the skybox?
sorry but I don't think you've watched all the video, casue there's tons of comic book folk.
For someone who wouldn't be able to get to America let alone New York the videos were great. There were a lot of things about NYCC (bean bag piles, massages) that I would like to see at Comic conventions down under. Keep up the great work.
Street Beat Pete is a leader of men.
long live street pete! also why dont you do some reviews on the marvel adventures lineup to me there as good as the ultimate line?
You should ask Pete about his catch phrase for NYCC, "Whad it tis". Hilarious!
