Thanks for responding to my question despite it being a wee bit long n' rambling!

I will say I'm a little hurt by Pete's dancing. Not because he was dancing during the question. His dancing is just really bad. (HA!)

From my experience with the show, I would have guessed Justin to be the pervert.

    • Crazy wrote on February 25, 2:43 pm

Pete was dancing like Courtney Cox in "Dancing In The Dark."

      Wow 14minutes=Great show!!

Finally a show I liked from beginning to end! Great show guys, you took the time to review each issue, and for once you guys actually took the time to answer the view question seriously! Great show, but as to calling us morons....you got some attitude there mister...*darts eyes holding a magnum* lol

I'm just curious how the hell did Pete not realise he had a bible comic book? Then again a big dragon(?) with a flame sword is a bit misleading. Oh and what did you guys think of Morrison's run on Batman right now? It's pretty big right now and I'm surprised no one has mentioned on the show yet.

Was is a lack of gravity that made them seem so high? First chairs, then standing, then floating. That should be the next step, hanging from wires.

nice episode fellas. i am however really bummed out that you got rid of the speed round intro where justin and pete yell a bunch.

      Funniest. Episode. Ever.

Ha ha ha! Alex, I'd watch out for the backlash at Newsarama if I were you. Some dumb people might not realize it is a joke.

for a question though, which super hero from a foreign country do you like? Not just foreign super heroes in the comic world but actual heroes from other countries.

      Well... My first post.

Great Show, looking back you really got into your roles there. You're much more at ease now.

Metamorphic question (even if long) was one of the best questions submited to your show.

As for me, i love minis, they allow me to read about different characters at little no no "back issue home work".

You show just needs more Fear Agent... besides that... 5 stars

I like minis if no one is doing a monthly. But when someone is already doing a monthly then I think they are cheesy wannabe's trying to take advantage of someone elses work and fanbase. Over saturating a successful title or character is the worst. The WWH and Crisis minis are just lame profiteering.

haha! very funny guys! That last part was like an outtake! :)

I like when you play off each other, like the whole god thing, but it takes away time from talking about the comics we love.

    • thatBeingSaid (anon) wrote on February 26, 4:39 pm

Nice to see Alex back. That being said. . . .

You know, I never thought of a limited number of issues as being a reason to pick something up. What I've been trying to do, actually, is not pick those books up and wait for the trade. So often they're really bad, and if you wait for a good one it's a little cheaper. Anyone else do this?

    • PeteCBC wrote on February 26, 10:44 pm

      Metamorphic,

I was just messing with Alex, (watch the bonus footage at very end of episode) because he read the whole ? Thanks for the question. Yes, I know I can't dance.

    • metamorphic wrote on February 26, 11:53 pm

I was just giving you a hard time, Pete...but all in good fun! I'm a huge fan of the show! And a moron, of course.

    • jmsnyder wrote on February 26, 10:55 pm

Hey guys long time watcher first time writer. I was going through a long box the other day and ran across the first comic I ever bought. It was Marvel Team Up 141. One of the early apperances of the black suit. Do you guys remember or still own the first comic you bought yourself.

      Great show guys.

    • Kree_boy411 wrote on February 27, 11:43 am

LMAO great episode and loved the little outtake at the end.
Keep it up guys...it's only getting better.

And yeah if you have time.....do something on the Morrison Run on Batman.......cause hes more confusing than the last issue of Hulk....E'splain to this moron please...

Make Mine Pulp Secret....yeah that felt as lame as it looks.....

    • leland222 wrote on February 28, 2:02 am

pete's right about kick ass. it feels a little gimmicky. it reads like spider-man had peter parker never been bit by a spider and swore all the time. it's really standard and does not live up the hype.

MCR News plus Comic Book Reviews: Captain America #35, Thor #6 and More!

Breaking News: Lead singer of My Chemical Romance, Gerard Way is calling Umbrella Academy his debut comic. BUT, we dug up a comic he published way back when he was in high school called "On Raven's Wings".

Mark Millar and John Romita take on real life people getting into superhero suits in Kick-Ass #1. This "real life" superhero even has a MySpace profile. Is this a gimmick or is it a book worth picking up? Find out in this review.

Is Thor #6 the Thor we've been waiting for? It's still early on in this series, but we think this book has finally arrived with this issue.

Then Captain America #35, continues the great story arc with Bucky as the new Captain America. Justin calls it "an event comic written like a regular comic".

In this Speed Round, we check out Good & Evil #1 which actually had some unexpected Biblical overtones, Ex Machina #34, Brave and The Bold #10 which is fun old school comic book action, Abyss #3, and Locke & Key #1 written by Joe Hill, Stephen King's...
