i would like to know what u think of the infinite crisis hardcover tradeback. they made some changes that are hinting something about earth-2. plus i notice that when clark kent is looking at the newspapers there is a picture of anti-monitor and crisis headline on one newspaper. how is that? what do u think dc will do for superman's 70th birthday?

What did you guys think of Booster Gold #5? It was more downbeat than the issues preceding it, but I still thought it was well written and (gasp) it pulled on your heart a little, just with Booster's desperation on saving Barbara Gordon. Also, any thoughts on Blue Beetle(s) coming to save (maybe?) Ted Kord?
      Love the show!

I think Justice League is a horrid comic. The whole concept of a "Justice League" is good for the cartoons or the JLU comic, but in all seriousness its just stupid. How would you get all those different personalites to work together? Batman and Superman in reality would never get along. They are such vastly different entites. Black Canary running a team of God-like people? Idotitic. the gathering of a JLA should be left to huge events not just the average everyday crisis.

      Hi guys,
Enjoy your show but I do wish you would go into a little more detail on comics. You guys are obviously having a great time recoding I just wish you focus a little bit more on the issues.

      Comic lover,

I am with Mike on New Avengers. I am not a fan of Yu's style of art, and the story seems disjointed. I still collect it hoping for something good to happen with it, as I like a lot of the characters on the team...

Wasn't this Yu's last issue on the book? Agree that I won't be sad to see the creative team change.

I can't say I agree with it being disjointed, etc., but you do have to keep in mind that the story line is happening out of sequence with other books being published right now. And poor Mighty Avengers is waaaaay behind.

I half-assed agree with the two guys above, the story is kinda not going anywhere. It's funny at times, but thats it. I dont have a complain on the art though, I'm a big fan of Yu's style actually.

Also on the Countdown Arena issue #1...yea, it wasnt that good, I brought it mainly for the cover, which is awesome, and probably will do the same for the other 3, JUST for the covers. In it's defense though, issue #2 wasnt that bad, was kinda fun seeing some of those fights, but nothing monumental or anything so far...

I would like to see Pete in a medley of tight T-shirts. Is there any finding a tight T-shirt sponsor? Maybe we could start paypal account to raise Tight T-shirt awareness....just a thought.

The Stack: Bodypainting Special. It'd be like Pete in Spider-Woman's unform.

      Hey guys!
      Thanks for featuring my voicemail!
(I would like to point out that i'm totally cuter than the clip art of the guy on the phone that was placed on the background).
We'll just have to wait and see, but I still think that Messiah Complex is going to be bigger than AOA.

I think you're on to something about this being as big as the Age of Apocalypse. What made AoA so great was that each team had specific quests to complete and they all affected the culmination of the event. Although I liked the length of AoA better, the fact that we see each team every week has its advantages. AoA also has had lasting effects for 10+ years. Time will tell if this crossover is just as good.

Hmmmm....with all the love for Messiah Complex, I may actually start picking up a few of the X titles to check them out.
