Great show once again, do you think that final crisis willl be anygood??
Hilarious show yet again. I just gots to know, what was the story behind Pete's pimp outfit? Did he lose a bet, or did you just want him wearing something knee length so we wouldnt see him touching himself?
That is what is so cool about the next new networks studio. Sometimes they have stuff laying around from other shoots. What would you have done?
Reviewing Countdown seemed kinda pointless. We know its crap, you know its crap, we know that you know its crap, so....umm...yeah, its crap. I was kinda hoping that you would review Death of the New Gods #1. I'm not familiar with these characters but found the issue very enjoyable, what do you think?
Oh my God, or should I say oh my New Gods, not familiar with the greatest series ever? You poor kids nowadays, missed out on all the good stuff didnt you?
On that note the 4th World Omnibus series is going into its 4th volume, which will contain the rare Hunger Dogs graphic novel. You'd have to be a pretty huge kirby fan to buy all 4 hard covers though.
but on that note, I dont know if you guys pay any attention to this, or if its how you do this, but....Next week what are the chances of you reviewing either Gotham Underground #1 (interested to see how this is, great potential, but could very easily seriously suck balls), or Green Arrow:Year One #6 (this may be a good opportunity to review the series as a whole). And yes I agree with Alex that this isnt really a Year one book, its more a secret origins.
I made a funny discovery tonight. If you click on the Comic Book Club link (on the right margin of most blog entries under friends of the show) you are directed to Pete's Ho page. Its pimptastic.
people make comments that this show is hilarious...
this is a good show for the real content that comes from worthy comic book discourse. that being said, it's not funny. i never laugh at this show. so much time is wasted on the back and forth uncomedic quips. i'm not trying to put this show down, but if there was an edited version with all the really bad jokes taken out (even - especially - the ones that the camera guys in the back laugh at) it was be twice as awesome... and half as long.
banter is good when hanging out with friends. it just doesn't translate on a web show.
you guys know your comics. that part is a joy to watch. keep up the good work. please.
wow....
I like funny banter! Yey banter! and P-I-M-P suites.
How can you not being finding the zombie covers? I mean, I think its a 1/3 varient, but it's same price so its not THAT hard to find. Most of em are pretty sweet, the ultimate wolverine 87 one sucked though
KC, pretty sure that was sarcasm... because zombie shit is EVERYWHERE.
Oh, and I enjoy the funny. If Pete wants to bring out a man-sized goblet, so be it.
I'm pretty sure I have foot in mouth disease >.
If you hate the humor and banter in the stack felipo, youll really hate the
http://www.ifanboy.com/ show, it's bantastic!
silly banter rocks
hey, i love you guys and your opinions. as a strictly marvel girl, you've made me want to pick up other brands. image comics, here i come!
Hooray! Thank you for watching!
