hey guys, (sorta) long time fan, but first time poster. i just wanted to say that maybe comics don't tackle underage drinking is bc there aren't that many underage people that read comics. i'm not sure of the exact demographics, but the last time i checked there aren't too many kids reading comics nowadays

hey guys at Pulp Secret. im a big fan of the show and hopefully this is my first question of many. here's the question. why for in comc book crises do they try harder for more sucess ? when they are doing normal story acrs they end up being better.

Its always nice to hear what Cypher, Starman and The Punisher has to say about comics but I hope that they would appear in costume though. My question for viewer mail would be; who do you think does a better job? Dan Didio or Joe quesada? (Sales figures notwithstanding) More on how they deal with their respective universes.

Nice little joke about the speed round. Was ready to lower the volume but then you guys go really soft...Funny stuff I like JSA because not only is it good art and great writing; but it also does an pretty decent job of me caring about C and D list superheroes. No where else could I go to look at very medicore heroes, except for Avengers: Initative series. Is there anything Alex Ross cant do? I wish there was an Alex Ross TDB or just a place where you can read all of his works. Cause so many of his older titles arent out anymore, like his Uncle Sam series. Damn that was the best non superhero arc...Where can I find it!?

Problem is to properly handle a lot of social issues it has to take a bigger part of the story, and who wants their monthly superhero comic taken over by that? It would work best if a comic's formula from the first issue was suited for more grounded issues. Fell, 100 Bullets, Hellblazer....ya know...

Underage drinking isnt an 'issue' its evolution in action. Kids have been abusing alcohol since the stone age, and always will. My little brother even had his own Still in 10th grade, and now he's a Sommelier.

There was a time when comics dealt with "Social Issues". Such as having your entire race obliterated: Superman, having your family slaughtered right in front of you: Batman, making radiation poisoning a good thing: Spider-Man, The Hulk, most of the Marvel Universe and of course being a nerd in world where nerds rule: X-Men
