McFarlane Will "Haunt" Your Dreams...

POSTED BY Kenneth England, 30 July 2007

In an address at Comic Con Saturday, Todd McFarlane discussed his return to comics, as well as details on upcoming toys from his production line. His new comic project, a collaboration with Robert Kirkman, will be entitled “Haunt.” McFarlane will handle cover art duty and creative oversight on the new book.

On the toy side of the presentations, plans were revealed for new figures for "The Simpsons," "Lost," "24" and, "Adventure of Spawn" lines. Also revealed was a Dr. Suess line, a “Twisted X-Mas Tales” line, a lineup for the upcoming “Beowulf” film from Gaiman and of course, "Halo 3" figures.

Also hinted at during the discussion were plans for a Massive Multiplayer Game with McFarlane handling the visual art, and also a “big, giant” movie deal with Warner Brothers. Sounds like it’s going to be an extra busy year for Todd.
