So, now that you're all up to speed, what's going on here? From left to right, we've got:

• Roid Rage Martian Manhunter with a bloody knife; and Joker getting all last supper with Catwoman (probably Holly Robinson?)
• Kingdom Come Superman with a glowy hand; Cyborg Superman in his Sinestro best; and Return of Superman, facing away from the "camera."
• Granny Goodness; Mary Marvel; Eclipso
• Lex Luthor going all Planet of the Apes
• Trickster w/Pied Piper's pipe; Desaad; and Penguin
• And finally, all over the ground, we have: The cover of 52; The Crime Bible; Black Racer's broken skis; Green Arrow's broken arrows; Darkseid's broken face; and of course, red skies at morn, fanboys be warned.

I've got to say, the most confusing part of this picture to me is The Penguin. When has The Penguin ever been involved in a universe spanning crossover? And why would he be?

So what did you guys notice that I missed? Interpretations? Reactions?
