Tim Kring Wants Your Help Casting Heroes
Fans of NBC's Heroes now have a chance to influence the cast of the upcoming season of Heroes. Fans can vote on their favorite new characters in the Heroes online graphic novel. The character of Hana Gitelman was the first such popular character online to make the leap to the live action TV show. The Heroes online graphic novel will fill the summer programming void till the September premiere of Season 3. Those who have already read the online graphic novel know that it has provided some great interactive content for fans to enjoy between episodes. So far 12 new characters are set to debut in the Apsen Comics web series.
Characters that get the most votes will graduate to Season 3, so you'd better vote for your favorites, or characters you don't like might wind up hogging screen time like Miss Piggy at the Oscars. There is currently no word on when the summer web series will debut, but you can expect it to coincide with San Diego Comic Con in July. While no official word on who the new heroes in the web series will be and what powers they will possess, let us know what you'd like to see.
Currently the collected graphic novel from Season One has been collected and published in trade format by DCs Wildstorm.
