I Am Now On The Hulk Train

POSTED BY Alex Zalben, 16 May 2008

I haven't been one hundred percent convinced, but this new trailer, which I saw in theaters this weekend, has completely sold me:

Basically, it's the score. Louis Leterrier told us at NYCC that the score is, in his opinion, "Star Wars good." You get a sense of that here, and I have to say, the main theme did give me chills. How about you, Pulp-Heads?

I want to be excited but have not gotten there. no music in a trailer will push me over the edge. Iron Man finally got me when they showed a lot more of tony stark.

I want this movie to be awesome as I'm super excited with marvel's plans for a little marvel ultimate universe in movie format. But so far I don't think this movie will measure up... though it could just be left over disappointment from the last hulk movie.

I'm glad they decided to put a powerful score in the film. If Iron Man was missing one thing (from what I understand) it was a musical score. I think a strong musical theme, ala LoTR, Star Wars, or even American Beauty, adds more to a films enjoyment than anything else.

it's nice to see the Sonic Clap and Iron Fists moves being brought in to play.

And agreed about the score. As well made as Batman Begins was, i really missed that Burton score.
