The Wizard Shazam gets his finale
I can't believe that way back in 2006 when I was knee-deep in Infinite Crisis that the Captain Marvel character would end up becoming the new Wizard Shazam. The earth's most mightiest mortal has been battling his way through the 12-part limited series The Trials of Shazam! Since 1972 DC has been using the Marvel family to incorporate a more magical dimension to the DC Universe. Fans will know that with the events of Day of Vengeance, Infinite Crisis, 52, and Countdown, the Marvel family has been going through their own metamorphosis. Where are they headed? Only the wizards at DC know for sure.
