Iron Man at the New York Auto Show?
With the New York International Auto Show coming this weekend, I'm left wondering whether the much hyped "Iron Man" car from Audi will make an appearance (maybe the costumed crusader as well). The car is basically a special edition R8, and can be seen in the Iron Man trailers that have been circulating around the internet. Naturally I'll be hovering around Audi's booth at the Jacob Javits center here in New York.
For those who share my curiosity, their booth is listed at number 711 (that's on level 3). I'll be the one getting kicked out for taking too many pictures and asking too many questions such as: How many millions of dollars did you pay to get your car in the movie? My guess is 10 million. After the marquee marriage between cars and blockbusters in Transformers, product placement won't be getting any cheaper.
