Video of Neil Gaiman as a Young Man

There are several things to be learned from this video:

    1. Canadian television in the early 90's was crazy. This from the Fans episode of a show called Prisoners of Gravity circa 1992. I grew up in Upstate NY near the Canadian border so I can attest to the awesome variety and weirdness of the TV that slipped across the border. Oh Canada anyone?

    2. Garth Ennis has an awesome accent

    3. Dave Gibbons and Tom hanks may be the same man.

"Oh, Canada!/My home and native land!/True patriot love/In all thy sons command!/With glowing hearts/We see thee rise/The true north strong and free!/Oh Canada we stand on gaurd for thee/God keep our land glorious and free!/O Canada, we stand on guard for thee/O Canada, we stand on guard for thee!

I once played a Canadian school teacher and had to sing that. I am not Canadian, except in my heart.

Prisoners of Gravity is a classic show and engaged in serious and sober debate about comic books and science fiction. I remember this episode and really miss this series.

Ellison is such a jackass. I once at a convention in NY was walking with a group of friends from one building to another and when we spotted him signing books a friend said "That guy looks familiar who is he?" I loudly responding "Just some asshole." I really hope he heard it although i'm sure he didn't given the loud atmosphere of convention halls.
