Comics Hit The Front Page of the NY Times
You may not have heard about the German comic book used to teach school children about the Holocaust, but a lot of other people have, as the story hit the front page of NYTimes.com last night. From the article:
Among other things, the book shows how far comics have come as a cultural medium taken seriously here, but also that the Holocaust has come a long way too, as a topic to be freshly considered by a new generation of German teenagers.And, in addition how far comics have come that they can be considered front page news.
