Contest: Win The New Frontier on DVD
The animated adaptation of Darwyn Cooke's modern classic The New Frontier is coming to DVD on February 26th, but I've got an advance copy to give away to you guys. Well, one of you guys. You can check out the trailer below, but in the meantime, since I've only got one copy, let's do this thing: How to Win Your Very Own Copy of Justice League: The New FrontierOkay, so here's that trailer I promised. New Frontier deals with the dawn of the Silver Age in the DC Universe, and shows how the modern Justice League comes together. Using 200 words or less, write a true story about how the Justice League has affected YOUR life. It can be funny, poignant, or just kick-ass. Doesn't matter, just make sure to spell everything correctly.
I'll be taking entries until Tuesday, February 26th at 11:59pm, and then the best entry will get their very own, shiny new copy of the movie. I'll also post the runners up on the blog. E-mail entries to alex@pulpsecret.com. Stories accompanied by pictures may or may not get special preference, based upon how non-horrifying/pretty those pictures are. Oh, and be sure to include your full name and mailing address.
