...But I've Seen Everything

POSTED BY Alex Zalben, 21 December 2007

We'll still be posting throughout the holidays, but since most of you will be heading off from work around now, I wanted to leave you with what is one of the funniest scenes ever committed to film (or video).

Just to give you the set-up, if you've never watched Extras, Ricky Gervais is an extra (surprise) on a film starring Patrick Stewart. Ummm...I think that's about all the set-up you need. The scene works almost perfectly as a sketch, independent of the rest of the episode. Happy Holidays!

Yeah those guys over the pond are very funny but they get no props over here. I had no trouble cracking up with the original (British) version of the Office, it could've just being brought over with no problem at all but it had to be Americanize because.... we're AMERICANS! Anyway, everyone here should really check out Spaced, it's a half hour comedy done by Simon Pegg. The dude that brought us Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. In fact one of the jokes in Spaced is what brought up the idea of Shaun of the Dead. In Spaced Simon plays a wanna be comic book artist that gets dump by his girl for a friend so he has to find a new place to live and we basically see his life after the events and so on. Tim (Simon Pegg) is a nerd like all of us here, he plays Playstation like a maniac, he loves the Holy Trilogy, and in fact ***spoiler*** he gets fired from his job at a local comic shop because he refused to sell Star Wars merchandise for the new flicks. It's a really funny show WATCH IT!
