Big Spidey Premiere in Queens!
Okay - so my Spider-sense has been tingling all day - and I'm here to give you the scoop.
Pete, Ana and I just got back from the big, star-studded Spider-Man 3 premiere in Queens. Literally, we just dumped the cameras on the floor and tomorrow we are going to start editing what I think will be one of our BEST Pulp Secret reports to date!
We spoke to the fans, Tobey Maguire, Sam Raimi, Thomas Hayden Church (Sandman), Theresa Russell (Sandman's wife). Pete actually got to speak to Aunt May - I think he thinks Rosemary Harris is really Aunt May. The place was JAMPACKEDTIGHTTHISCLOSETOGETHER - literally a madhouse of fans, stars, cameras, reporters and, of course, us.
And Pete, being Pete, didn't ask your typical Hollywood questions. No, for Pulp Secret, Pete asked the kinds of questions YOU would have asked if you'd been there... which, sometimes resulted in some very weird answers.
And we got, I think, one or two newsie bits, as a result, that I haven't heard before, from Sam Raimi and producer, Avi Arad.
