Free Scott Pilgrim
You know how I've tortured all of you, talking about how great the Comics Festival Free Comic Book Day Special was? Good news, then! You still can't get the whole special, but you can get the Scott Pilgrim section, as Bryan Lee O'Malley has posted the entirety of the story over at his website.The eighteen page story serves as a bridge of sorts between the 3rd and 4th volumes of the series. The 4th volume is hitting shelves hopefully next week.
i was very surprised with how eerily identifiable (forgive crappy spelling) this series was when i first read it just two weeks ago. it's like me and my friends to a scary degree, and seeing familiar toronto sites is pretty awesome. thanks Comicbook Orange!! the best (and actually funny) comic web show EVER!
