Zemeckis is one of those directors who llikes to play with the latest technology in filmmaking whenever possible. I would have compared the film more to 300 or Sin City myself, its obviously full on digital rather than animation. more in the Robert Rodriguez style.
This 2nd trailer is pretty sweet. It put a new spin on the movie for me. Talk about an all star cast, at the end when they list all their names you really realize what a great cast they have going on. I can't wait to see it.
